What we collect
When you send an inspection enquiry, we collect the details you enter: your full name and email address and, if you choose to give them, your mobile number, a preferred inspection date and a message. If you call or email Gavin directly, he receives your phone number or email address in the usual way.
Why we collect it
Your details are used only to respond to your property enquiry: to reply, arrange a private inspection and send information about the residence you've asked for. We don't sell your details, add you to a mailing list, or share them with anyone for marketing.
How enquiries are delivered
The enquiry form is processed by Formspree, a form-handling service. Formspree checks the submission for spam and emails it to Gavin. Formspree and our email provider may store and process your details on servers outside Australia, including in the United States. See the Formspree privacy policy.
Advertising and measurement
We advertise this residence with Google Ads. To see whether the advertising works, this website may use Google Ads conversion tracking and Google Analytics. These use cookies and similar technology to record visits, and whether a visitor sends an enquiry or taps the phone number or email address. They don't send Google the contents of your enquiry.
